Recommendations from Assessments

Not sure where to start with Udacity learning content or not sure what to enroll in next? Recommendations enable you to find relevant learning content by taking assessment related to a specific job area. This helps with closing skills gaps that are directly related to a your role or learning objectives.

Note: Not all Udacity learners have access to Assessments and Recommendations. Your access to this feature depends on your organization's Udacity configuration.

If you have access to Assessments, you will see a navigation option at the top of Udacity called Assessments.

On the Assessments landing page, you will see the option to view assessments by role or browse the entire catalog of assessments.

Browsing by job enables you to find assessments highly relevant to your role or desire role.

You can then browse Assessments relevant to a particular job.

You can then review a summary of any Assessment you select, as well as what you will need to complete the assessment and what will happen afterwards.

Once you begin an Assessment, you will see an overview of the number of questions as well as any limitations on the number of attempts.

Some Assessments have a variety of question formats while others are exclusively multiple-choice.

After Assessment completion, you will see your results along with a curated list of learning content to address any identified skill gaps.

Clicking on a recommended lesson brings you directly to enrollment so you can begin learning right away.
