What is the difference between the Team plans and the Enterprise plan? Udacity Teams allows a group leader to purchase courses for a team of 2-50 users, fostering shared learning experiences and facilitating team-wide skill development. Additional features may include progress tracking, consolidated billing, and team leader support. On the other hand, Udacity for Enterprise is designed for larger organizations or organization wide access, offering bespoke training programs, progress tracking at an organizational level, and integration with existing learning and development systems. Both aim to enhance team skills, but the scale and customizability differ. How many users per month (licenses) should I purchase for my Team plan? Each learner needs their own license to experience Udacity’s platform. Udacity Teams plan licensing is license-per-learner, and concurrent licensing is not offered for Team plans. For example, if you have 5 people on your team, you’ll need 5 licenses. Plan owners and administrators do not need a license to manage their team, but if the plan owner or admin doesn’t have a license, they can’t watch content. Licenses are flexible, If a team member leaves your team, you can remove their license in the Udacity Management Portal. Additionally, you can swap learners as you please; i.e. one person learns for 3 months, and then another person is swapped in for the next 3 months. What forms of payment can I use for Team plans? Payment options may vary depending on the program and your location. Details on our payment options can be found on our enrollment checkout page. Please feel free to also look over our Payment Terms in our Terms of Use for more information. What content will my team members have access to as a Team plan subscriber? Team plan subscriptions include unlimited access to the Udacity catalog. Team members with licenses will be able to enroll in any, and as many, of Udacity’s content offerings as they’d like. Udacity’s catalog consists of: Nanodegree programs, which range in duration from ~2 months to 6 months (depending on how much time students dedicate each week), and which are designed for those professionals looking to transition into a new role. All Nanodegree programs include multiple real-world projects, which students must pass in order to graduate and receive the certificate that proves your mastery. Courses, which can typically be completed in <1 month. A lot of these Courses can also be found as part of larger Nanodegree programs, but are made available for ‘a la carte’ enrollment for those students who are looking to acquire a specific skill or fill a knowledge gap, rather than develop an entirely new skillset. The vast majority of Udacity Courses include real-world projects and personalized project reviews, to prove your mastery of the skill. Discovery & Fluency Courses, which may take anywhere from a few hours to a week or two to complete, and which are catered to professionals looking to develop comprehension of various technical topics, without necessarily needing to be a practitioner of the skill. Executive Leadership programs, built for busy executives and managers who are looking for flexible yet robust training in how the newest advancements in tech will impact your industry, and how you can prepare your organization to thrive. Udacity’s catalog is dynamic – we’ll be routinely adding new content, updating existing content, and removing old content that’s no longer relevant. All students with an active subscription will have access to all new and updated content that Udacity releases over the course of your subscription. What is your data security and privacy policy?
