Why can't I cancel my project submission?

Project submissions can only be canceled within ten minutes or before a reviewer picks it up, whichever comes first! 

Once your submission has been matched to a reviewer, you can expect feedback shortly. If your submission needs additional work, you can make any necessary changes before turning it in for review again.
