If you aren’t satisfied with an initial answer from a mentor to one of your Knowledge posts, you can get further support by clicking on the "No" option.Once you click on the “No” option you will be prompted to fill in additional details about your question. Once you’ve provided more details, kindly click on "Request Help" to route your questions to a Technical mentor. Crucially, please avoid posting your concerns as comments directly as they will not be immediately addressed by a technical mentor. If you are not satisfied with the subsequent answer, kindly use the same feature to report it. At this point, it will be immediately assigned to one of our "in-house technical experts" who will go through each answer to validate the concern and help you accordingly.
